Jasmine Porter started Collaborative Effort Consulting to be a resource to others as they discover their goals and aspirations. She identifies as an African American, middle-class, educated woman who is constantly evolving. While some of her identities have allowed her access to conversations, platforms, and even “tables,” she understands the emotions that come with being an outcaste. Intersectionality is part of her daily walk of life. She values the importance of having multiple identities in the room, yet it is more crucial to have space for those same individuals to be seen and heard within that room. Collaborative Effort Consulting was created to allow space for creativity and support. She is dedicated to helping others reach the goals set before them.
